My shipping bill PDF is not being read correctly

Some scanned PDFs may have low quality or unusual formatting that affects data extraction.

✅ Solution: Make sure the PDF is clear and not a photograph of the document. If the issue persists, try re-downloading the shipping bill from ICEGATE. Contact us if specific bills consistently fail to process.

I'm seeing duplicate bills in my dashboard

While SB Pro automatically detects duplicates, some edge cases may occur.

✅ Solution: SB Pro has built-in duplicate detection. If you notice duplicates, they may be bills with slightly different data. You can delete the duplicate from the bills list. Contact support if this happens frequently.

My reports show incorrect or missing data

This usually happens when the source PDF had issues during extraction.

✅ Solution: Check the individual bill details to verify the extracted data. If a specific field is missing, the PDF may not have contained that information. Re-upload the bill or contact support for assistance.

The desktop app is not opening or crashing

This can happen due to system compatibility or installation issues.

✅ Solution: Make sure you're running Windows 10 or 11. Try restarting your computer and opening SB Pro again. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the application, or contact us for help.

My activation key is not working

Activation key issues are usually caused by typing errors.

✅ Solution: Double-check that you've entered the key exactly as provided, including any dashes. Copy and paste the key to avoid typos. If the key still doesn't work, contact us with your key and we'll resolve it immediately.
