🚀 Getting Started

Set up and start using SB Pro in minutes

Access SB Pro

Web Version (Free):

Open your browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge)
Go to sbpro.naqdexim.com
Create your free account
You're ready to start!

Desktop Version (Pro):

Download the SB Pro installer from our team
Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions
Enter your activation key when prompted
Open SB Pro from your desktop

📤 Uploading Shipping Bills

Upload and process your shipping bills automatically

Register Your IEC

When you first set up SB Pro, register your company's IEC (Importer Exporter Code). Each SB Pro system is dedicated to one exporter.

Enter your company name
Enter your IEC number
Click Save

💡 Note: One IEC is registered per system. All your shipping bills will be linked to this IEC automatically.

Upload Your Bills

Upload one or multiple shipping bill PDFs at once.

Click the "Upload Bills" button
Select one or more shipping bill PDF files from your computer
SB Pro will automatically read and extract all data
Wait for the processing to complete — you'll see a success message

💡 Tip: You can select and upload up to 50+ bills at once. SB Pro will automatically detect and skip any duplicate bills you've already uploaded.

Understanding Your Dashboard

After uploading bills, your dashboard shows 6 key metrics:

Metric	What It Shows
Total Bills	Number of shipping bills processed
Invoice Amount	Total value of all invoices
Duty Drawback	Total DBK amount across all bills
RODTEP	Total RODTEP scheme benefits
IGST Amount	Total IGST collected
IGST Value	Total IGST value for reporting

The chart at the top shows your Total Invoice Value Trend over time, so you can see how your exports are growing month by month.

Dig deeper into your export data

Filter and Search Your Data

Use the filters at the top of the dashboard to narrow down your view:

Date Range: Select a start and end date to view bills from a specific period
Invoice Search: Type an invoice number to find a specific bill instantly

Click Any Metric for Details

Each dashboard metric is clickable. When you click on a metric (like RODTEP or DBK), you'll see options to:

"With [Value]" — View only bills that HAVE this value
"Without [Value]" — View bills that are MISSING this value

💡 Tip: Use "Without RODTEP" to quickly identify bills where you might be missing out on RODTEP claims. Same for DBK and IGST — this helps you recover money you might be leaving on the table!

📄 Generating Reports

One-click compliance reports ready to download

Generate and Download Reports

SB Pro generates the following reports automatically:

Report	What It's For
GSTR1	Ready-to-file GST return data — duplicates auto-removed
HSN Wise	Product-wise summary of all exports by HSN code
Docs Issued	Sequential tracking of all documents issued

To generate a report:

Navigate to the Reports section
Click on the report you need
Review the data on screen
Click "Download" to save as Excel/CSV file

💡 Tip: Reports automatically remove duplicate entries, so you get clean data ready for filing without any manual checking.

Best Practices

Upload regularly: Upload bills as you receive them to keep your dashboard up to date
Check for missing claims: Regularly use the "Without RODTEP" and "Without DBK" filters to identify missed benefit claims
Download reports monthly: Generate and save your GSTR1 and HSN Wise reports at the end of each month
Keep PDFs organized: Store your original shipping bill PDFs in a folder on your computer for easy access
Use date filters: When generating reports for a specific period, use the date filter first to narrow down the data
